Yet anOther Desktop Manager 3D ( Windows 2000/XP/Vista ) ( DirectX 9 required ) ( Freeware ) Yodm3d 1.4 is the last free version and its hosted by KLT. Yod'm 3D is a virtual desktop manager with the fashionable effect : the cube  By default, the rotation of the cube is done with the keys CTRL+SHIFT+Arrows : * CTRL+SHIFT+Left/Right = Next/prev desktop * CTRL+SHIFT+Up = Activate and show a "far" view of the current desktop, Left and right to turn the cube * CTRL+SHIFT+Down = Activate and show a "near" view of the current desktop, Left and right to turn the cube Hold down CTRL+SHIFT to use the mouse to turn the cube. ( The rotation is possible only horizontally ) To move a windows to another desktop : * Click on the title bar of the window (not maximized if possible), hold down * Push CTRL+SHIFT to activate the cube, hold down * When the cube is activated, move the window on left or right * Release CTRL+SHIFT To change the wallpaper of a desktop : Just use Windows ! For each desktop, change the wallpaper using the windows display setting. Switch to another application : Click on the Yod'm 3D icon in the taskbar, the list of the windows opened in other desktop appear. Click on the application to switch to the desktop. I'm having a few problems with it. It keeps reverting back to French language only and won't give options for any other language although I chose English in set-up options.

If it has an installer, then it'll have an un-installer. If not, then the site must have removal guidlines.

Add/Remove programs, most apps now days are un-installed like that, and don't usually have a (easily findable) uninstall.exe

Are you 100% sure? Check *really* hard. If it really is not there, then did it have an installer or was it just a binary package? If you did install it, then locate it's foler and try to find an uninstall.exe or uninst.exe, or something similar. Lemme know how it goes. -------------------- |

There was no installer either but I'm not after uninstalling it, and it seems to be ok now.

is there an uninstall option in the start>all programs then? if not that sucks, unless its one of those apps that just runs out of its own folder and to remove all you hae to do is delete its folder.

There is no installation you simply extract the files from the downloaded zip and then run the exe.
Hence there is no uninstaller... simply delete the folder. -------------------- |

aha ok then, those don't need an insataller
 like Otis said you just delete the folder where ever you put it.
